Online donations system

Changes associated with marketing are evident in the online donations system where a notice will be present in the weekly newsletter handed out at sermons in regard to the availability of donating online. The opportunity to donate online will also be promoted online.

General system management will be effected in regard to banking and receiving money and its destination. www.paymate.com.au will be responsible for the depositing of online donations minus their fee and this money must be accounted for when balancing the account books owned by the church.

CRM (Customer Resource Management) is also an issue for the system must operate effectively.

Online hall hire for the general public

Marketing is considered an issue due to wider audience's awareness of this facility.

Sales would be an effected issue in terms of booking and renting of the hall for certain purposes at designated time periods.

Order taking is also associated with the hiring of the hall for it will be the database that receives the order for the hall hire by the associated ASP pages.

General system management is also involved as the pastor or his representative will need to view the contents of the database on a regular basis having knowledge of all bookings.

CRM (Customer Resource Management) is an issue, for the database must be a reliable source displaying not only the halls availability but also it period of unavailability.

Production and distribution of sermons presented in written format available online

Marketing is a present issue as public awareness will need to be considered in the hope of increasing the congregation's popularity.

Delivery is also associated with the Production and distribution of sermons as its content in written format will be delivered online in the web browser on demand.

CRM (Customer Resource Management) is also an associated issue as sermons will need to be accessible, readable and delivered in a printable format. Initially sermons were contained to tapes; however the web site will involve new processes that relate to the transcribing of the tapes into a written format and its subsequent uploading by FTP to the web site.

Weekly newsletter available online

Changes associated with marketing are evident in the online weekly newsletter due to, two methods of displaying information both in hand written format and online presentation of content such as current events, dedications, achievements and announcements.

Delivery is also associated with the online weekly newsletter as the newsletter is received by hand delivery at sermons and also delivered on online in the web browser on demand.

General system management is also present as the online weekly newsletter requires weekly maintenance due to updates and archiving of all content.

CRM (Customer Resource Management) is also associated where accuracy and quality of information is vital. The information must also be able to be viewed in a number of systems such as Macintosh and Windows.

Technical Support

Changes associated with marketing are evident in the technical support area as there will need to be a method of letting people know that technical support is available by email.

Order taking and handling is part of technical support as people will 'order' it by sending their request by email. The pastor or another church member will need to read and handle the support request.

Delivery is also associated with the technical support as the pastor or the representative will need to email the person back with the help.

CRM (Customer Resource Management) is also associated where accuracy and quality of information is vital.
